At tableandgiftware.com, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
UK Mainland Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): Free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a small fee applies.
- Express Delivery (1–2 working days): Available for an additional charge.
International Delivery
We ship to select countries outside the UK. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
- How to Return: Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
